Payment

Shipping

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us via email at support@trendiezus.com before returning any products to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to a defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our store, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
